Since the 25th of April 1974 revolution, there have been several perspectives about whether it should or not be classified as a revolution. There were several aspects within TAP Portugal’s design such as traditional elements, important themes, fonts, colours, amongst others that either continued or got disrupted post-revolution. In this thesis, the main focus is on the idea of how TAP Portugal, one of the most international recognisable Portuguese brands, visually changed after the 25th of April 1974 revolution in Portugal.
